Final year Concordia University filmmakers from the Communication Studies Department are seeking female performers for a short psychological thriller film.
Union and non-union actresses are welcome to apply.
SYNOPSIS
When Cassidy Sanders returns home for the first time since the death of her husband, she expects the uneasiness that comes with the memory of their life together. Her uneasiness soon turns into fear, however, as she struggles to determine whether she’s losing her mind or if there is someone else in the house with her.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN
CASSIDY SANDERS Female, 29 – 40. Cassidy is a kind, generous and a generally optimistic person who is able to look past people’s faults in order to see the good within them. Struggling to control her emotions, she appears calm on the surface but hides feelings of regret, loss and longing just below.
