An angry clash puts John's aspiration of becoming a 911 operator on the line.
The Appointment is a misadventurous comedy about anger. A young man learn in a difficult way that anger consequences are more dreadful than its causes.

CHIEF SUPERVISOR (female, late 30's)
An attractive woman that works for the 911.

COUNTER CLERK 1 (female, early 20's)
A young girl in the middle of the training process.

COUNTER CLERK 2 (male, early 20's)
A french canadian boy, that works in a coffee shop.

SECRETARY (female, mid 20's)
A pretty girl, a little unfriendly and too please with herself.
